Craig Ferguson’s (yes, tv’s Craig Ferguson) novel has been one of my favorites since I read it five years ago. I couldn’t resist getting a tattoo for it. This tattoo, my fourth, was done by Daniel Scannell at Indelible Ink in Oneonta, NY. You can see my previous submission (and another of Dan’s work) here:

This tattoo was my gift to myself after losing 65 lbs. The snail represents who i use to be transforming into the beautiful vibrant bird I have become ( the new me). Anthony French at Speakeasy in Boone did this piece, it took 9 hours and 2 sessions. He does amazing work.
